Terms & Conditions

1 - All members must be aged 18 years or over.

2 - By accepting to subscribe for membership with Footylays.com, you are bound by the Terms & Conditions of Footylays.com

3 - Any information provided by Footylays.com is of personal use ONLY. It cannot be used for Re-Distribution or Re-Sale under any circumstances. If you are found using the information supplied by Footylays.com to re-distribute or re-sell in any way, form or shape, we will take ANY and ALL steps necessary to STOP this and this includes going to court over this matter without any 2^nd thoughts at all.

4 - If you decide to join Footylays.com, you have to complete the details requested on the order form before payment.

5 - The Footylays.com website and everything in it is fully copyrighted. Any copyright infringements will be dealt with through the courts.

6 - All Logos and any Artwork within the Footylays.com website are copyright material and must not and cannot be re-produced by anyone under any circumstances.

7 - Footylays.com will NOT be held liable for any problems caused in the interruption of service when the situation is outside its control, especially in circumstances such as, Server problems, Server downtime, Hackers, Viruses, Power outage and any others that are outside its control, although it will do its very best to try and help out wherever it can and do as much for its members throughout such a period.

8 - Footylays.com's policy of Data Protection when it comes to protecting your right to privacy will be strictly adhered to under The Data Protection Act of 1998 .
( a ) All personal details of any member joining Footylays.com will be stored and protected according to the The Data Protection Act of 1998.
( b ) Footylays.com and its proprietors will NOT pass any details of the members of Footylays.com service to anyone or any organisation under any circumstances.
( c ) Footylays.com will NOT disclose any details to any third party without the permission from the individual member concerned.
( d ) Footylays.com will use the details you have provided for marketing purposes only where the permission has been given or obtained.
( e ) Footylays.com will take every care in keeping the order details secure.

9 - Disclaimer
We at Footylays.com try our very best to be as accurate as possible to provide you with information that is to our knowledge profitable but no responsibility or liability can be accepted with respect to any loss or damage that might result from the use or non-use of this information. You automatically agree to Footylays.com's Terms & Conditions as soon as you take out any sort of subscription with Footylays.com

10 - Copyright

11 - Refunds Policy
Refunds will only be given under special circumstances.
In other words, every case will be decided on its merits and individual circumstances of the subscriber.
If any other request for a refund other than the above 'no profit' reason is requested, then it will be considered, depending on the circumstances of the case at the time.

12 - Profits or Losses
By signing up and joining Footylays.com website you agree to receive advice or informed advice, but it does NOT imply that every selection or any selections will be winning ones.
This is Horse Racing, where numerous variables are involved, and as such we at Footylays.com cannot guarantee that you will win every time. What we will Endeavour to try and do is to provide you with winning advice so that in the long term you make a profit. However, please bear in mind that just like anything else, it is possible a loss could be made, but we will try our utmost to ensure that a loss is not made and if it is, we will try and ensure it is kept to a minimum. However, we cannot be held responsible for any losses should they occur.

13 - Staking
We recommend Level Stakes, unless stated otherwise. Please read carefully on any advice given on how to stake the selection(s) and please stick to the advice given. No responsibility will be accepted by Footylays.com for any deviation to the advice given. 99.9% of the time we will be betting using Level Stakes but there may be the odd rare time we will deviate a little but we will inform you accordingly at the time. Do NOT use high stakes to begin with if you are a small bettor or someone who only uses small stakes as this is the quickest way to the poorhouse.Best to start with smaller stakes and build your bank first and then move on to higher stakes if you want to.

14 - Complaints or E-mail requests
We will Endeavour to answer any complaints or e-mails sent to Footylays.com as soon as it is possible. We cannot specify an exact date or time by which we will respond but we will do our best to answer as soon as is possible because we take great pride in our customer service. Please have patience.

15 - Horse Racing Advice
Horse racing advice is only given when it is deemed that there is a suitable opportunity. We do NOT guarantee that horse racing advice(s) will be given daily. It is imperative that you understand that we can only make profit if we are selective. We do NOT bet on every race and/or every race day. Please do NOT bet on every race. If we are to make long term profit, we have to act professionally and as such bet only according to the advice given and when it becomes available. Selectivity is the key to profits and ensures betting safely.

16 - Price Charging
The price currently being charged is very reasonable and fair compared to many other services out there. In fact, we think it is 'damned cheap'...! It is Truly Great VALUE. The prices reflect the initial Special Launch Rate and will in time be raised to a more appropriate level to reflect profitability Footylays.com is achieving. If you think our prices are expensive, please be our guest and take a look at our competitors prices and also look at the results of our competitors and then compare the results with ours and we're sure you will be more than happy to pay our prices. We will raise the prices as and when we deem necessary and without notice to anyone, should we need to do so but our policy is to try and keep the prices down. The current members who have paid for long term subscription will continue with the 'old' prices until their subscription expires. The new prices will only apply to new subscriptions as and when they are changed.

17 - Value
Footylays.com strives for value. We do NOT go looking for small priced or short priced favourites. That is NOT our policy. Our policy is to hunt for real value. Even if it means taking bigger risks, within reason. In Horse Racing, the word VALUE is one of the most important words but the least remembered by the majority of punters. In essence, those who hunt for value and get value, will invariably get more for their money. Since bookmakers control the odds, they control value to a certain extent. However, all is not lost. The great thing in horse racing is that no one knows exactly which horse is going to win for certain, time after time, in each and every race, Yes, not even the bookmakers. This is why value can still be found if one looks hard enough. Value is - a fair price or return and in this case to make profit in horse racing, one should seek horses with good odds so that the return on investment outweighs losses.

18 - Money to Gamble with
Footylays.com strongly advises any member joining the service, that it is foolhardy and very irresponsible to gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Please, use your common sense and only gamble with money that you can afford to lose and not think about it if you lose that money.
There is no guarantee provided in any betting activities. The moment you decide to bet, you have automatically taken the step of taking a risk and as such you yourself is liable for any losses that you incur.
Please bet sensibly within your means. Footylays.com will NOT be held responsible in any way for any losses that you might incur. Do NOT use high stakes to begin with if you are a small bettor or someone who only uses small stakes as this is the quickest way to the poorhouse.
DO NOT get all your Grandma's savings or re-mortgage your house in order to bet on Horse racing. It is simply very foolish to do that and as Confucious would say "Man who bet All his money on one horse, and loses, he very foolish and he will have no money left in his pocket".

19 - Investment
In the world of horse racing, INVESTMENT is misused by some and it does not carry its true meaning as much as it does when used in other circles. Investment simply means, acquiring or possessing an item of value for the purpose of financial gain, return, benefit, or profit.
One can only use the word Investment within the horse racing world with a certain degree of risk attached. However, I certainly would agree with anyone that horse racing is investment, IF they have proved that after they have been able to make continual profit from horse racing over a period of time. Investment in racing is only Investment if one remembers that it carries a certain amount of risk, probably higher than other types of investments, for the sole purpose of financial gain, return benefit or profit.

20 - Holiday Periods
If any Holiday period is taken by Footylays.com staff, it is only doing what everyone else does. After all we are ALL human beings and we all deserve a break and we expect ALL the members of Footylays.com to be understanding on this matter and not get upset about it.
